Tronair 18-4200-1100 Semi-Manual Pneumatic Nitrogen Booster, Up to 3,000 PSIG

The Tronair 18-4200-1100 Semi-Manual Pneumatic Nitrogen Booster increases low-pressure nitrogen from a supply bottle – up to 3,000 PSIG – to the higher pressure required for aircraft nitrogen servicing applications.

This aircraft nitrogen booster features a cylinder with two interconnected pistons powered by an air-operated hydraulic pump. One piston operates within the hydraulic system, while the other compresses nitrogen and delivers it to the aircraft system. Integrated gauges and valves support controlled semi-manual operation, allowing technicians to safely monitor and adjust nitrogen pressure during servicing.
